I’ve been meaning to share this but I have not had the chance. Last quarter for school I had an project that required to take product photography. I did some research online and build my own product photography lightbox.
Building it was super easy and relatively cheap. The whole thing cost about $27. The shop lights/bulbs were from Lowe’s and the box was made from one large white display board.

Pretty pleased with how the images turned out! (camera used: Canon Rebel T1i)
These images below are the final photos with the addition of some typography to make it a mock product campaign for revlon.


So there you have it folks, you don’t need hundreds of dollars worth of equipment. A little ingenuity and DIY work will go a long way!
